Michael Dwan
Principal
Michael founded the Equity Solutions group of companies over 30 years ago and he remains the owner/Principal today.
He is recognised as a key influencer and a leading innovator in the public/private partnership arena. He has been actively involved with several Government departments, HM Treasury, and key policy advisers, providing strategic input, including developing new funding structures for education and health projects.
Through a successful track record of structured Joint Ventures and Public Private Partnerships, Michael is a well-respected responsible investor and innovative entrepreneur with a market leading multi-disciplined infrastructure business; investing in projects and partnerships that make a difference and meet his socially responsible investment ethos.

Director
Amanda is an Economist and Investment Analyst and has worked in a senior capacity role in several Worldwide Accountancy practices.
She has worked with her husband Michael since the inception of the Equity Solutions Group.

Andrew Dwan
Managing Director, Infrastructure
Andrew is responsible for the strategic and operational activities of the Infrastructure Division of the Equity Solutions Group companies, managing over 1m sq. feet of health and wellbeing, education, commercial and residential assets as part of the groups £450m+ asset portfolio.
Andrew oversees all infrastructure activities to protect and grow the Groups asset portfolio, ensuring the highest standard of construction, property, and facilities management service.

Marina Guido
Finance Director, Infrastructure
Marina is responsible for the Groups Infrastructure Divisions strategic financial planning and oversees the activities of the finance support team.
Marina works closely with the Principal and Managing Director, Infrastructure and the Group Director of Finance to support all business planning, investments and acquisitions.

Anna Sarginson
Development Director
Anna joined the Equity Solutions Group in 2002, initially working on PPP (Public Private Partnership) projects in the education and health sectors to deliver much needed infrastructure investment and improvement and community regeneration.
Anna works closely with the Principal and Managing Director, Infrastructure and the Senior Management team to support existing company activities and new business development areas.

Mark Day
Health Development Director
Mark is a key member of Equity Solutions specialist healthcare planning team.
Mark is a Chartered Director with extensive Board level experience in the NHS and related sectors, principally as a Finance Director along with significant exposure to a wide range of leadership challenges. Most recently Mark was for 14 years the Chief Operating Officer and Deputy CEO at Community Health Partnerships, where he was responsible for the investment in, and operational management of, a £10.5bn nationwide property portfolio. Extensive networks across the health sector including the NHS, private sector partners, and investors.
Mark works across the senior team to support explore and develop new business areas and partnerships.
A fellow of both CIPFA and the ACCA.

John has been with Equity Solutions since its formation and is responsible for the Group’s strategic financial planning and investments. John has extensive experience of specialist project finance and structuring asset backed transactions across a variety of sectors as well as providing financial advisory services to both public and private sector clients.

Tim Edghill
Principal, Space Developments
Tim is responsible for Space Developments, the development arm of the Equity Solutions Group of companies.
Tim has over 25 years of experience working at the highest level and is a specialist in the operational and social infrastructure real estate sectors.
He has worked on and secured funding for over £5 billion of healthcare projects, £6 billion of education and student accommodation projects and thousands of units in the residential markets.
He has worked extensively in partnership with the Government, listed companies, institutions, private equity investors, as well as Developers and Operators.
For most of his career Tim, has worked with leading global investors and been responsible for the funding, structuring, creation and sale of complex investments and ventures.

Kate Edwards
Health Development Director
Kate is a lead for Equity Solutions specialist healthcare planning team.
Kate has over 20 years’ experience of working within the NHS as a health economist and strategic and operational health care planner. Kate was Head of Customer Relations at NHS Property Services, which is responsible for around 10% of the NHS estate worth £3bn. She was responsible for the growth and development of relationships with key influencers and stakeholders across the NHS, as well as the delivery of service improvement strategies across the total portfolio.
Kate’s extensive experience in this field has seen her working alongside operational NHS delivery teams, clinicians, infection control, and estates and facilities management teams. Ensuring the delivery of exemplar healthcare environments with embedded flexibility and continuous service improvement strategies for the benefit and safety of the patients and staff using healthcare facilities.
Kate works across the Group providing strategic and operational healthcare planning services, which has seen the successful delivery of 21 Primary Healthcare Developments across the UK via the LIFT Programme.
