The LIFT Council is the umbrella body for private sector organisations partnering with the NHS via the LIFT programme, established to deliver high-quality healthcare infrastructure for communities across England. You can read more here https://www.theliftcouncil.co.uk/
Kate will work closely with all LIFT Council members to demonstrate the continued success of LIFT and to advocate the flexibility in this PPP model to support the delivery of the NHS 10-year plan.
