Through our specialist financial advisory company North Consulting, we offer services ranging from business management and management accounting to sophisticated financial structuring, modelling and debt and equity procurement.

We also invest in asset-backed PPP projects, creating a long-term partnership that will subsequently be supported by hands-on estates and property management services.

Investment and financial management services are a central element of all multi-team PPP transactions in which we participate but North Consulting also provides services to clients and partners on a stand-alone basis.

We are a responsible long-term investor actively supporting asset backed community based health, wellbeing, leisure, social care and education projects.

Equity Solutions has extensive experience in arranging and funding property based finance in a range of Public Private Partnerships, LIFT, PFI and traditional property transactions.

Over the last five years the Group has funded over £200m of transactions.

We currently have a financing facility (a mix of debt and equity) of £500m available to invest in public sector backed property developments, LIFT (Local Improvement Finance Trust), community ventures, PFI, PPP and other asset backed schemes which meet our investment criteria.

Financial Structuring and Modelling

Our specialist project finance consultancy company, North Consulting, offers financial and project support to both public and private sector clients and has extensive financial modelling, business planning and accounting experience within the LIFT, PFI and PPP market. North Consulting currently provides a full range of business manager services to three LIFT companies and provides the same services to a range of PFI and commercial property companies.
