We are the private sector partner in three LIFT companies and a number of 3PD developments.
Since 2002 we have been actively involved in various estate renewal programmes for our partners and currently manage and maintain approximately 1 million ft² of new and existing health, wellbeing and community facilities estate, as well as project managing and delivering a large number of capital works projects undertaken to improve and rationalise our PCT partners’ estates to support the recent NHS reforms.
We have an in depth understanding of the challenges faced by GP consortia to deliver effective clinical commissioning as a result of these reforms. Our approach is less about providing answers to what solutions we think GP commissioners might need or imposing fixed methods, but more about providing the right choices to be debated and progressed to a bespoke response that meets your individual needs.

Outside of existing partnerships like LIFT, we can work with public and private sector clients to provide services ranging from individual environmental consultancy commissions through to total estate strategy and management and service planning.
Equity Solutions is also a private sector framework partner on the Express LIFT Framework.
The framework was set up to provide a ‘fast-track’ procurement route for estate developments in areas without LIFT partnerships.
Express LIFT could be considered as a suitable procurement option for delivery of estate management services to areas which do not currently have LIFT companies as the NHS reforms take place over the next couple of years, which will see the abolition of Strategic Health Authorities and Primary Care Trusts.
