As well as an extensive track record in providing procurement advisory services (lead, commercial, financial and technical) to Local Authorities from outline to final business case approval, we have led our own consortia on PFI and Building Schools for the Future projects and provided full integrated design services to other successful private sector consortia.
Our development and design experience varies from repair, refurbishment and adaptation through to complete new build schools for primary, secondary and further education estates.
Many of our direct appointments with Local Authority or Voluntary Aided schools have also included estate options analysis and support to the schools or diocese to secure funding to undertake improvements to the school to meet current educational standards.
