Oak Tree Surgery, Liskeard
Opened in June 2005, Oak Tree Surgery provides purpose built consulting rooms for GPs, a minor operating suite and accommodation for community facilities, district nurses, social workers, health visitors and a dispensary.
The new development has enabled the co-location of health and social care professionals which has provided opportunities for developing new and improved working practices and enhanced patient service provision closer to the local community.
