Oldham LIFT partnership highly commended in Community Partnerships Awards

Community 1st Oldham, the LIFT company in which Equity Solutions is the private sector partner, is delighted to have been highly commended in this year’s Community Partnerships Awards. After being successfully shortlisted in the Housing, Construction & Infrastructure category in December, the LIFT partnership was highly commended at the awards ceremony in London on 4th February 2010. A fantastic recognition for the impact of the LIFT programme in improving health and wellbeing services across the Oldham borough and the excellent working relationships between the private and public sector LIFT partners; Equity Solutions, NHS Oldham and Oldham Council who champion the programme on a day-to-day basis and work together to ensure it delivers results. The awards are held to acknowledge the dedication of partnerships towards improving the quality of life for current and future generations and reward organisations who go the extra mile to achieve real benefits for communities.
