Equity Solutions believes that Corporate Social Responsibility is a crucial business issue and one on which we, like other companies, are increasing judged.

The Equity Solutions Group firmly believes that corporate Social Responsibility is integral to our business and we are firmly dedicated to making a positive contribution to our communities, being a good employer and minimising our environmental impacts.

Equity Solutions investments are in the majority about community regeneration and improvement, working within public sector partners to create facilities which act as a catalyst to give a much needed lift to areas of deprivation.

In addition to Equity Solutions Corporate Investments Strategy, an Equity Solutions Community Programme has been established. Equity Solutions is an active member of the communities in which we operate and aims at all times to be a good neighbour.

As a point of principle, our investments are generally community based regeneration developments and we endeavour to ensure that any development proposals maximise community regeneration and employment generation opportunities, both in terms of recruitment and retention of existing staff and the creation of additional employment opportunities.

Equity Solutions is aware that the appropriate solution is not also profit maximisation. Our investments are structured around long term public private partnerships where we believe it is our responsibility to act in the local communities’ interest for long term success of the scheme.
