HOST is a secure user-friendly web access based service that provides our partners with up-to-date information about their current estate, including inter alia asset condition, statutory compliance obligations, room and estate wide asset utilisation data.
It keeps accurate information in one central location allowing peace of mind to accountable officers, informing ERIC and CIAMS returns and providing an evidence base to inform business cases or reports to support your QIPP targets.
