A position has arisen to work alongside the Senior Facilities Manager in assisting in the day to day running of the property development. Working within the Property Department to assist with the growing portfolio of fully maintained facilities including; office buildings, healthcare facilities and schools throughout the UK. The position will be based in the Stockport Head Office.
Full time position (15k-18k, dependent on experience)
Facilities Manager
A position has arisen for a Facilities Manager based in Sheffield. The individual will be fully responsible in the management of the property functions within the infrastructure department. Working as part of a team and managing a growing portfolio of fully maintained facilities, inc, office buildings, healthcare facilities and schools throughout the UK.
The successful applicant will need to work collaboratively with our partners in ensuring the smooth management of exisiting assets and operational handover of schemes under construction, ensuring efficient service levels for clients and tenants.
Full time position (22k-24k, dependent on experience)
Mechanical Building Services Engineer
A key position has arisen for an experienced Mechanical Building Services Engineer. The succesful applicant will act as Principal Contractor, responsible for managing M&E projects and other trades which include building, flooring and decoration. Key responsibilites include, maintaining and repairing HVAC systems, producing risk assessments and method statements and ensuring compliance with all statutory regulations.
The position will be based in Central Oldham and Nationwide travel will be required.

FM Maintenance Engineer
A key vacancy has arisen for a FM Maintenance Engineer who will be responsible for the daily operation, maintenance, preventative maintenance and repairs to the Group Estate, including plumbing, electrical, gas and other building systems. The successful candidate must have working knowledge of all building, mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing to ensure appropriate operations.

Web Developer/ C# Programmer
We are looking to fill a position within our expanding in-house IT development team based in Stockport. We are looking for a .Net Developer who has a passion for web development and software development within the internal and external systems. The successful applicant will already have some commercial experience (minimum 3 years) and will have an excellent understanding of web development using C# and ASP.Net.
They will be eager to learn new skills and will live and breathe all things web.
