Rod Hulme

Rod joined the Equity Solutions Group in 2003. A chartered surveyor for over 25 years, Rod is one of our most experienced professionals having worked in most sectors and has been actively engaged in a very wide range of construction and property related services.

Much of his experience has been in private consultancy at senior manager or director level, providing cost management and project management services to both private and public sector clients. His experience in consultancy services supporting PFI/PPP projects for both client and service provider has provided Rod with a unique blend of skills ideally suited to the commercial and technical requirements of the PPP and LIFT markets.
