Kate has over 10 years’ experience working in the NHS and providing consultancy for interim management services that have included clinical and operational re-design of services, waiting list management and the negotiation of public private contracts on behalf of the NHS.
Kate is a key lead for the provision of strategic and operational planning services for the Group and is responsible for the use of demographic profiling software and the continued development and use of Equity Solutions’ bespoke service and estate planning tool HOST.
Kate is actively providing these services across all sectors including NHS LIFT, education and third party development schemes. She acts as a key member of the design team, integrating with clients, architects and other supply chain partners.
