Group Commercial Director
David is responsible for the development of Equity Solutions’ commercial response to new opportunities in the health and education sectors. David generates and implements the contractual structures necessary to support the transition to, and delivery of, the new workstreams, and also leads on the development of new commercial structures for government infrastructure projects.
David joined Equity Solutions Group in 1999 from the DfE and has led and delivered numerous PFI/PPP transactions in different sectors, both advising public sector clients and leading Equity Solutions’ PPP transactions. David has negotiated over 20 PFI / PPP projects for Equity Solutions as lead or sole investor.
