The Department of Health, the local healthcare community and the Equity Solutions Group as the private sector LIFT partner have joined forces to establish a joint venture company, Community 1st Stockport (C1Sk).
Community 1st Stockport is working closely with the local health community in Stockport using LIFT as a platform to deliver the most significant investment in primary healthcare to develop and deliver state-of-the-art community facilities closer to where people live and facilitate greater joined-up service delivery.
